Description and Usage:

Filatil (Filgrastim) 300ug/ml Injection contains the active ingredient Filgrastim, which is a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). It is a glycoprotein produced by recombinant DNA technology in Escherichia coli bacteria. Filgrastim mimics the action of endogenous G-CSF and stimulates the production and maturation of neutrophils (a type of white blood cell) in the bone marrow.

• Filatil (Filgrastim) Injection is indicated for the treatment of neutropenia (low neutrophil counts) associated with various conditions, including:
  • Chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in patients receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy.
  • Neutropenia in patients with non-myeloid malignancies undergoing bone marrow transplantation.
  • Severe chronic neutropenia, including congenital neutropenia and cyclic neutropenia.
  • Mobilization of peripheral blood progenitor cells (PBPCs) for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
  • Myeloid reconstitution after autologous or allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
  • Acute radiation syndrome (ARS) to increase survival and reduce the severity and duration of neutropenia.
