Imatinib Normon 100mg Tablets contain the active ingredient Imatinib, which is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Imatinib works by blocking certain proteins in cancer cells, inhibiting their growth and proliferation. It is commonly used in the treatment of various cancers, including chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), and other malignancies.

• Imatinib Normon 100mg Tablets are indicated for the treatment of:
  • Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML): Treatment of newly diagnosed CML in chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast crisis.
  • Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL): Treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) ALL in combination with chemotherapy.
  • Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GISTs): Treatment of unresectable and/or metastatic GISTs.
  • Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP): Treatment of unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic DFSP.
