  • Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML): Treatment of newly diagnosed CML in chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast crisis.
  • Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL): Treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) ALL in combination with chemotherapy.
  • Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GISTs): Treatment of unresectable and/or metastatic GISTs.
  • Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP): Treatment of unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic DFSP.
