Description and Usage:

Nebivolol is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic heart failure. It works by blocking beta receptors in the heart, leading to reduced heart rate and blood pressure.

Nebivolol selectively blocks beta-1 receptors, which are predominantly found in the heart. By doing so, it decreases the heart rate and reduces the force of the heart’s contractions. This results in a lowering of blood pressure.
